Enterprise Sales Associate

We are seeking a passionate, strategic minded, and well-respected Enterprise Sales Associate who will be primarily responsible for driving net-new revenue. The interested individual should be a self-starter and who can work in a fast paced, high stress environment and show a proven track record of building a sales pipeline. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy (short and long term), planning, coordination and execution of sales initiatives, contractual fulfillment, and asset management
  • Identify new potentials, classify them, prioritize accordingly
  • Assist with sell-in and integration of client's B2B partners

Qualifications:

Technical Grant Writer

We are looking to hire a technical grant writer to write grant proposals for our organization. You will have excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills and write coherent, organized and compelling proposals. You will collaborate with team members develop a grant submission schedule, and create beautifully written, compelling proposals on time and oversee the submission of them via the appropriate channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify grant funding opportunities.
  • Manage the timely submission of well-researched, well-written, and well-documented grant proposals.
  • Proactively search for government, and other non-dilutive, grant opportunities.
  • Identify fit between granting agencies’ research needs and the our company product roadmap and technical focus.
  • Work closely with technical and business staff in developing and transforming ideas into grant proposals.
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables and keep all involved parties on schedule.
  • Translate technical abstracts into lay terms.
  • Create, maintain, and implement a funding calendar, identifying funding opportunities and new program areas to match company priorities.
  • Write reports to government, corporate, foundations and other funders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in creative writing or other relevant background. Postdoctoral fellows with grant writing experience preferred.

  • Proven experience writing grants, including DoD Phase I & II SBIR proposals (including AF, Navy, Army).
  • Extremely procedural and detail focused.

Human Vision Scientist

We are seeking a human vision scientist with prior interdisciplinary scientific experience. The position involves leading end-to-end studies with human participants, including experimental design, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management. Candidates must be able to creatively apply fundamental knowledge from human vision science.

The ideal candidate informs leadership on perceptual best practices and works closely with other team members. We are looking for candidates who are creative, energetic team players who excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into human visual perception to inform product decisions.
  • Be aware of the latest developments in the field of human vision science.
  • Collaborate with other teams to explore perceptual factors, define engineering and design specifications, and make recommendations to improve visual perception in mixed reality.
  • Take a research question from hypothesis to delivery using scientific methods. Communicate the results to stakeholders clearly and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with psychophysical and other psychological research methods
  • Profound knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Matlab, C/++, Python
  • Extensive experience with data analysis methods and statistical packages such as R
  • Experience with modeling human visual perception processes
  • Experience with Unity or OpenGL is a plus
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus

You will be working alongside a team of other experienced Unity developers in creating, maintaining, and polishing our immersive data experiences.
